Donald P. Brown, PMM, FMC, GC is a 38-year Commercial Real Estate and Asset Management veteran, and the founding principal of Lee & Associates Inland Empire North, a member of the Lee Group of companies. He specializes in the brokerage of Industrial, Office, Medical, Retail, Land and Mixed-use properties. As well as Investment Advisory and Asset Management, Mr. Brown has received comprehensive training from the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® on Property Management and has been awarded the Property Management Masters Certification (PMM). The curriculum covered compliance with fair housing, state and federal laws, risk management, handling trust funds, and understanding the owner’s return on investment.
Throughout his career Mr. Brown has successfully negotiated over 1,000 + lease transactions and the sale of more than $200 Million of Commercial Real Estate. Mr. Brown has developed a long-standing loyal client list including public and private sector companies, investors, developers, and financial institutions.
Most recently, Mr. Brown was award Realtor of the Year Award for 2020 by High Desert Association of Realtors. Because of Mr. Brown’s leadership, Lee & Associates Inland Empire North is continually ranked within the top two positions year after year. Before joining the Lee Group of Companies, Mr. Brown served as Senior Vice-President/Broker of Kuch-Brown & Associates, Inc. where he was named overall Top Producer.
