Donald became interested in real estate when he first started to work in Ryland Homes in 1996, a new home builder in Phoenix. Encouraged by what he learned there, He decided to attend school and study to become a realtor and get his license. Donald mentored with some of the top new home agents in the valley and attended Hyland Bay School for new home sales and became a certified new home specialist. After focusing on new home sales, he decided to further his education in the residential resale market and studied at Keller Williams University.

There you not only learned but excelled in residential resale. Donald learned the #1 solo producing agent award two years in a row at Keller Williams. He listed homes for sale and sold them faster and for more money than many agents with homes for sale in the same neighborhood using his advanced marketing techniques.
