I had numerous challenges with the sale. of my home as well as the home I was purchasing. Donna was amazing in helping to navigate all of those challenges, stepping up to assist even in those areas that were far out of her area of responsibility, and acted as a strong advocate on my behalf to get through them. Along with being highly engaged and responsive, she was also a pleasure to work with from beginning to end, day or night. My selling/buying of my homes with Donna and her team was excellent. They are very thorough in explaining the process and walking you through everything so that you feel comfortable. They go out of their way to help you price your home to get the most out of it, get your home ready for shows (I mean out of their way, helping you move furniture and everything!) They offer a professional stager that will walk through your home with you to give recommendations on how best to show, taking the guess work out of the equation for you. They are very quick to respond and really go above and beyond through the whole process start to finish. If you want the best set of realtors on your side, contract with Donna!

Donna Bode was the most professional and polite person I have worked with in the realtor business. My fiance and I were first time home buyer's and everyone cautioned us when searching for realtors to keep our guard up. I was given Donna's referral by a friend who had recently purchased a home from her. When he spoke about Donna, he would mention how detail oriented she was and how she made them feel comfortable. During our first showing with Donna, we felt comfortable right from the start. She made sure to slow things down for us and answered all of our questions with detail. At that time we were entertaining the idea of three realtors but ended up going with Donna and she did not disappoint. Once we had found our future home, Donna made sure to sit us down and explain every step in detail that would occur from then till the closing. She referred a great team (attorney, lender, inspector) who all were responsive, patient and very professional. Donna made sure to even check in with us during the "down time" to answer any questions we might have had or how we were feeling. The reason we would recommend Donna to other is because she crossed off the four Ps for us. Punctual, Donna was early to every single showing/meeting. Patient, Donna made sure to give the time we needed and never once pushed us to put in an offer or reconsider a house. Professional, Donna represents herself and her company in a very professional manner by the way she carries herself to the way she treats others. Polite, Donna made sure we were comfortable and worked very hard to check in on us and see how we were feeling or what specifics we were looking for without any urgency or rudeness. We recommend Donna for all buyer and sellers, especially first time buyers!
