Donna is an exceptional agent who guided us through the sale of our San Jose home as we prepared for the stressful process of relocation out of state. She is extremely knowledgeable about the South Bay Area and did an excellent job marketing our property. She provided professional guidance on what we should expect in selling our home and walked us through each and every step of the process. Donna has a team of experienced, professional vendors who took care of getting our home ready for sale. Our home stood out against others in a competitive market, receiving multiple offers on the first listing weekend. We were very fortunate to have Donna handle the sale with a quick turn around while we were out of state. She is efficient, understanding, easy to work with, and above all cares for her clients. She went out of her way to help us with aspects of our relocation as well. We highly recommend Donna. She truly stands out and goes above and beyond!

Donna was an absolute joy to work with! We first met Donna by chance at an open house. My husband and I had been struggling to buy our first home within the current market. After one conversation, we knew we wanted to work with Donna. With a baby on the way and limited time before our current lease ended, we were worried buying a home would add too much stress; however, Donna made the experience as stress free as possible. She took the time to get to know us and learn what we prioritized in a home.

Donna was able to clearly explain everything to us and find us a home with room to grow. It was under budget and in an amazing neighborhood. All within three weeks! I wholeheartedly believe that Donna was the only reason we were able to find a home within our timeframe. Donna and her network of lenders, contractors, and connections relieved so much stress from the home buying process. In a few months we will be able to bring our baby home to their first bedroom, painted specially for them; and I am extremely grateful to Donna for making that happen.

Donna was very knowledgeable about the market and client base in the area. She was an amazing help in coordinating contractors for work that needed to be done to ready the house for sale. This was invaluable since we were selling our mother's house and did not live in the area. Donna was sensitive to our emotional state, and was able to advise us in all aspects of successfully selling the home. She was knowledgeable, professional, and went above and beyond the call of duty to make the experience as easy as possible for us.

Donna is such an amazing realtor, I cannot recommend anyone more highly! My situation was a difficult one with a renter who had trashed my house and a short time frame to sell it in.

Donna coordinated and guided me through everything from managing the extensive repair work, to staging the house beautifully. I was so nervous and intimidated by the process but Donna checked in regularly, so I felt calm and in control of the situation.

Once the house went on the market her hard work behind the scenes paid off. Donna knows the market so well and had my house priced perfectly. Her positive relationships with other realtors and fantastic marketing skills set the house sale up for success. In a couple hours we had multiple offers well over asking! I was in shock and could not believe how easy Donna made it seem.

She is truly a wonder and The Best Realtor. She gets what needs to be done finished quickly and with impeccable taste. She is experienced and dedicated. I highly recommend Donna, she is amazing at what she does!

Donna is the best, absolutely amazing real estate agent! I loved the first house we saw, but Donna said we can do better. Loved the second, but Donna said we can do better. On the third try, found the absolute perfect house and its clear that she was willing to put in tons of extra effort just to get the best place possible. By going the extra mile, its clear she is one of the best and always looks out for her client's needs over a quick flip. She didn't even judge me too harshly when #1 priority was a large garage and #2 was a driveway without a step curve :)

After the sale is when Donna really was a life saver and deserving of 6 stars. She essentially provided all of the style, contractor, recommendations and advice needed to quickly renovate the house, and turn what could have taken a project that would be months into less than a month. Taking all of the stress out of renovating by knowing everything was in good hands.

Couldn't be happier with the results!

Donna is an amazing real estate agent. She knows the South Bay very well and is not afraid to go the extra mile or ten to get a deal done. She got us our house, did the same with four friends, and then sold our house at a mind-blowing price.

She's also a super human being. Buying or selling a house can be very stressful at times, and Donna's support throughout was invaluable. Working with her was always a pleasure, and I'm proud to now call her a friend.

Donna Chan, from Sereno Group, is simply the best realtor we could have ever asked for. Not only she is very knowledgeable with regards to the market per area, but she always works towards her client's best interest. She makes the whole process of buying and selling a home very smooth, which is undeniably stressful. And yet, it is totally worth working with Donna!

Meeting with a realtor can be challenging, because you are trusting a lot of your dreams and assets to that one person. And yet, as soon as I met Donna, I knew it would work. We bought our first house in the Bay area; it was our first offer and it was accepted. Then a few years after, we were ready for an upgrade. And guess who we contacted? We visited quite a lot of houses with her, and we finally found the gem... First offer, and it was accepted! Donna has a way to work her magic.

Donna is not only an amazing realtor, but she is a wonderful person who will always be around and help others. She is stuck with us now for many many years!!

There are not enough words I have to express my gratitude to Donna for her hard work ethic, determination, timeliness, and professionalism.

I reached out to Donna when I became so overwhelmed with trying to get my parents home ready to sell. I was way in over my head and at the absolute end of my rope. When Donna came along, she tied a knot at the end of my rope and told me to hold tightly and put my trust in her to help me get my childhood home ready to be sold. Her calm disposition, compassion, and ability to execute and expedite this process, all the while holding my hand and drying my tears, is absolutely without a shadow of doubt second to NONE.

My children and I are so blessed and thankful for Donna. My one wish is that we lived closer so I could show her our gratitude to her daily. I will recommend Donna over and over again. With the highest of recommendations she is by far and away 10/10!
