Donna Hardy

Donna is a current licensee for Delaware and Maryland. She is certified as a Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist. She specializes in buying and selling properties for investment, development, retirement, or second homes in a resort, recreational, and/or vacation destination. She will work hard to satisfy your needs & to provide you with the best service possible. She has a B.S. in Business Administration. Her prior experience is in contracting. She was a Contracting Officer with an unlimited warrant for many years and worked for the U.S. Department of Agriculture and NASA/Goddard Space Flight Center. Her specialties include procurement policies & operations with vast experience in energy-saving performance contracts, green contracts, construction, and A&E contracts, service/supply contracts, commercial contracts, and incentive contracts. She is currently a Certified Professional Contracts Manager & a Certified Federal Contracts Manager through the National Contract Management Association. She previously served on the Board of Directors for the National Agricultural Research Center's Federal Credit Union located in Beltsville, Maryland.
