Donna and her family LOVE it here. Her husband is a professor at Colorado Mesa University, and they have six children, two grown and out on their own, and four still home with them and attending local middle and high schools. Everyone in their family believes in giving back to their community that gives them so much! Some of her passions include supporting local non-profits such as Habitat for Humanity, ShareFest, Girls on the Run Western Colorado, Band Association, Hope West Hospice, Foster/Adoption Initiatives like Project 1:27, Girl Scouts, Church Missions & Outreach activities, and other non-profits. When they are not working or volunteering, they can be found enjoying the outdoors year-round - summers on the lake, winters up at Powderhorn Ski Resort, hiking, attending local festivals, entertainment events, parades, or taking scenic bike rides.
