A Little About Me…………….
I have been a Realtor, affiliated with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty in Winchester, VA, for 12 years. My goal has been, and always will be, to provide the best service I possibly can to my clients. In 12 years, I have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience working with some incredible realtors and the educational resources provided to me. I have helped military and civilian clients throughout the real estate buying, selling, and renting transactions. I have assisted families in estate sales. I prepared and presented listing presentations, initiated marketing campaigns, and assisted buyers in preparing their offers. I have facilitated all actions, i.e., required inspections, repairs, and financing approvals, and coordinated with lenders and title companies ensuring timely closings.
I am licensed in Virginia and West Virginia. I take advantage of every opportunity to improve my knowledge by taking continuing education classes whenever offered. I am a staunch advocate for Fair Housing.
