Donna was our Realtor for our first home purchase. Donna has a wealth of knowledge in the real estate field and she had so many resources available for us that took our apprehensions out of the home buying process. She was an awesome cheerleader from start to finish and truly cared about our best interest. She did everything she could to ensure we got a good deal and CLOSED the deal. She is a rockstar! We brought less than $500 to the closing table and purchased a home that met all of our needs and then some. After reading several reviews on realtors in Florida, I came across Donna's name. Due to all of the positive reviews, I decided to give her a call. Initially, I got her voicemail. She responded quickly. We talked on the phone. I liked the way she explained things to me. We live over 600 miles away. We set a date to drive down to look at some properties she lined up for us. She found some great properties in our price range. We spent two days looking at different units and found what we wanted. Donna helped us put in an offer that same day.
