She was always happy to answer our questions and willing to wait for us to be ready. 18 months later we asked for her to start the search with us officially. Doreen Booth is our realator but she is so much more than that! She helped us sell our house at the top of the market and find our next home! She has gone above and beyond her job to help us with things that she didn’t even have to. She truly cares about helping and is very detail oriented. She will be there for you for everything needed in the process for selling or buying a home, she is on top of everything! She answers whenever you call, text or email right away. She makes herself available for you whenever you need. She also donates some of her profits to charity which is really cool and shows what type of person she is. I would definitely recommend Doreen to anyone! She is the best!

Doreen was very professional and detailed from start to finish. Since we moved before the house was even listed she went out of her way to be sure she kept an eye on the property. With here advice we were able to sell the home at $22,000 above list price.

The absolute best!! We had been working with another realtor service and that experience was not the greatest....then we found Doreen and 2 months later we are living in a home that exceeded our hopes. She was very attentive and understanding of our needs/wants. When an opportunity came up she was lightning quick to inform us of the listing, schedule a showing and we were able to get under contract within a few days. Throughout the entire process, Doreen was more than accommodating - she provided us with a great resource list for things that may be needed (handymen, lawn services, restaurants nearby) and providing good info about the area we were looking into. If I ever move again, which is unlikely, I will work with no one other than Doreen.

Doreen Booth was far and away the best realtor we've ever worked with, in an extremely challenging market. She showed us anything that could be a potential fit or anything we saw that we might be interested in, with an almost instant response as far as getting in, and in fact showed us things before they even hit the market. She provided all the data and comps needed to make decisions, held our hand through inspections and appraisals, and really made the purchase of a home and the sale of our home as painless as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Doreen and have already done so to many of my friends! To top that all off she donated part of her commission to a charity of our choice, in this case the Alzheimer's association, which really gives you an idea of the quality of person you will be working with.
