Doug Azarian

Doug Azarian has been helping buyers and sellers with real estate transactions on Cape Cod for more than thirty years. Doug was a former owner of an independent real estate firm. With Kinlin Grover Real Estate, he offers years of experience and expertise to real estate clients on Cape Cod. This experience includes residential, land, building, commercial, and multi-family sales. He specializes in waterfront, water view, boating, vacation home, and golf communities.

His involvement and effort to keep up with the changes and shifts in the industry help clients maintain a competitive edge. Doug has an MBA in Finance and has served as Treasurer and President of both the Cape Cod and Islands Associations of Realtors and the Massachusetts Association of Realtors. He has served on the National Associations' Finance, Technology, MLS, and Business Issues Committees. Doug is a leader in real estate technologies.

Doug’s community involvement includes participation in Habitat for Humanity projects, fundraisers for Toys for Tots, and Easter Seals. He has participated in fundraisers for MS, Alzheimer's, and cancer research. Doug has also served on the Association for the Preservation of Cape Cod.
