For the past 17 years, Doug has been a professional in the commercial real estate industry and has extensive knowledge in acquisition/sales and management of commercial and residential investment properties. He is a member of National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and is a Certified Property Management (CPM) Candidate with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
In 2004, Doug began his professional career in the commercial real estate industry and quickly became a top producer with a local area brokerage that focused on business merger /acquisitions and commercial real estate leasing /sales.
In 2006, Doug became a Registered Broker with the Idaho Real Estate Commission and started his own real estate brokerage focusing on buyer representation specializing in the acquisition of investment properties.
In 2010, Doug was asked to manage a prominent commercial real estate and multi- family development company. He was responsible for the management oversight of over 1000 multi-family residential units and several mixed-use commercial buildings (office, retail and residential) in Downtown Boise and periphery.
Doug partnered with a very experienced accounting and financial professional to create a management company that views its role as a partner with the owners of the properties they manage.
Doug is co-owner of Total Asset Property Management.
Doug resides in Boise Idaho with his wife Lisa. They enjoy the diverse outdoor activities that Idaho has to offer such as backpacking, fishing, hunting, skiing, and white water rafting.
