Focusing on downtown Austin and its surrounding areas, he actively works as a residential and commercial real estate agent. Doug is dedicated to providing his clients with guidance and assistance that reflects his expertise in real estate development, among other family businesses he has hands-on experience in; including ranching, real estate investments and oil and gas properties. When involved in a transaction, Doug maintains a well-rounded approach, recognizes the importance of his role and is committed to remain knowledgeable on key influential factors affecting Austin’s local real estate market.
Raised in Wharton and Albany, Texas, Doug attended Wharton High School where he was a Texas UIL State Finalist for tennis and graduated honors. He went on to attend The University of Texas at Austin earning a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a concentration in International Business, while simultaneously being involved in Phi Gamma Delta Fraternity and Texas Cowboys, an honorary service organization.
Doug is a proud resident of Austin, who values the uninhibited nature of Austinites mindset when it comes to experimenting with and launching new, innovative ideas and concepts. On his free time, Doug can be found spending time with his two daughters and family, or enjoying an active day filled with hunting or tennis.
