About Doug

27 years as a Realtor in Hampton Roads and getting in to real estate in Virginia Beach in 1995 was very interesting. The MLS was just starting to adopt some type of computer presence, all be it DOS based. Selling real estate was also changing due to buyer representation. Education was as important then as it is today and learning about how to represent a buyer was key. Back then Doug managed 180 rentals while doing 15 transacitions per year. He left that realm in 2002 and became a managing broker for the next 7 years. The market truly went through some historical changes during that time frame. In June of 2009 he decided that he wanted to participate as a broker and not just a manager. In 2012 we opened Town Real Estate Group and had a blast. In February of 2016 Town Real Estate Group became Redefy Real Estate, and very excited about this venture!

Doug Wolfe is a number one realtor; he has saved me a lot of money on the sale of my sister's house and was on the ball with every part of the sale. He is #1 in my book and if you want first class service. I highly recommend him; you won't be disappointed.

Doug provided us with top notch advice and service in helping us sell our home. We saved a TON of money by using Doug and paying a flat rate. Other realtors will charge you a 3% commission for doing the same job. Don’t let the flat rate fool you into thinking you are missing out on something because you definitely are not! Did you know that as a seller you can decide to offer the buyers agent less than the typical 3% commission? I had no idea until Doug educated us. I have been telling everyone I know about Doug and how they can save money when they go to buy or sell a home.
