The Founder, Mr. Hill has been active in the development, management and finance of real estate since 1985. Through his various entities, he has acquired and developed numerous single family residences, condominiums and apartment complexes throughout Southern California.
From 1985 to date, Mr. Hill and his affiliated entities have acted as investment brokers or advisors for residential investors in real estate transactions amounting to more than 500 Million in value. Over the past year, Mr. Hill and his affiliated entities have acted as general partner or sponsor of more than a dozen real estate investment partnerships.
Mr. Hill attended undergraduate school at the University of Virginia. He successfully completed post-graduate courses at the Marshal School of Management at U.S.C. He is a life time member of the U.S.C. Alumni Association and a member of the Alumni Association at the Marshal School of Management. Mr. Hill has lectured on the topic of Real estate sales and Development and Investment Analysis.
Mr. Hill is a licensed real estate broker in the State of California, is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors and the California Mortgage Brokers. Mr. Hill is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Watts Willowbrook Boys and Girls club as well as Secretary of the Board for RISE Financial Pathways.
