Duncan Watson

A native Texan with deep California roots and a heritage of real estate development, Duncan Watson possesses an extensive knowledge of construction, design, and urban studies. Duncan specializes in the Los Angeles' finest neighborhoods stretching from Malibu to Mount Washington.

Prior to joining Compass, Watson was with Prudential California Realty's Brentwood office. Before becoming an agent, he participated in an intensive internship with Culver City's Redevelopment Agency, observing the role that civic, political, geographic, and socioeconomic factors play in determining why individuals ultimately choose to live in a certain location.

Passionate about formative and functional design of homes, commercial facilities, automobiles and consumer products, Watson studied at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising before obtaining a degree in Urban Studies and Sociology from Loyola Marymount University's Bellarmine College of Liberal Arts.

Watson's hobbies include spending time with family in Malibu, Houston, or the family ranch in Texas, admiring and racing automobiles, remodeling properties, and most importantly‚ helping individuals find the perfect place to call home.
