Duncan first came to San Francisco to earn her degree at the University of San Francisco. Upon graduation, he knew that there was no better place to make his home than in this wonderful city. He was raised in England and Spain so it was no surprise that the European charm and beauty of San Francisco allowed him to feel instantly at home upon his arrival.

Having lived in Noe Valley for the last 15 years, he is really knowledgeable of this wonderful part of San Francisco and all that it has to offer. He has also seen the properties rise in value and know how difficult it can be to become a home owner in this wonderful city.

There are many reasons people move to San Francisco and not being able to own a home in this city should never be a deterrent to living here.
