I am active duty military and this is the third home I have purchased since 2016 and by far the very best experience I have ever had with a realtor! My first two were fine, but Duren really blue me away and exceeded all of my expectations. Due to the seller’s market I was initially not in a hurry to make a purchase. He was not pushy but always very quick to respond in detail with any questions or concerns I had ranging from information on school districts from Veteran’s benefits between the state of VA and MD. The mortgage company he recommended was as impeccable as he and eXp Realty and they were very easy to work with. Duren listened to exactly what I was looking for in a home and neighborhood and gave recommendations for a painter my kitchen cabinets and walls who finished the work already and did a beautiful job so I didn’t have to take the time to do the research on my own. He gives Veterans and other service professionals a discount off of his own commission and the trait I appreciated the most was if he couldn’t answer a question with 100% certainty he would tell me, get my question answered by someone who did and let me know right away. Look no further if you are looking for a top of the line realtor, great 5 star experience!!!

Mr. Harmon did an amazing job helping us find our home. Instead of trying to push us just to make a sell he listened to our needs and desires and found exactly what we were looking for! He always respond when we needed him and took the time to answers all the questions we had and gave us answers to questions we didn't even know to ask. He made sure we were comfortable with every decision through the entire process. He continued to make sure we were satisfied even after our Porsche was final. He will be our realtor for life and we confidently recommend him to anyone in need of a realtor!
