I'm Dustin Cagle, a Nampa Realtor and co-owner of the Living In Idaho team at LPT Realty. I've been selling homes across the Treasure Valley since 2012, long enough to watch a lot of people fall hard for a kitchen while ignoring the backyard that floods every spring. My job is to love the kitchen with you and still tell you the truth about the backyard.
Idaho raised, University of Georgia educated. My degree is in psychology, which mostly means I can tell when you secretly love a house but are trying to play it cool. Over the years I've helped hundreds of Treasure Valley families buy, sell, relocate from out of state, and build new.
What I actually obsess over is getting you into the right home at the lowest monthly payment, not just the lowest price, because the payment is the number that shows up in your life every single month. I do my best work with first-time buyers who are equal parts thrilled and terrified, families moving to Idaho and trying to figure out where to actually live, and anyone buying new construction, where you want your own agent, not the one the builder parked in the model home.
Nampa is home base, but I know Caldwell, Kuna, Meridian, Boise, and the rest of the Treasure Valley about as well as I know which drive-thru has the good breakfast burritos. I have also coach real estate agents around the country, which is a fancy way of saying other agents have payed me to teach them what I'll do for you for free.
