Dustin was efficient, effective and went the extra mile to put me and my property in the best position to sell quickly. He will always have my endorsement and my trust. An example of how diligent he is in his job is that he went to my property at different times of the day to capture stunning photographs at sunset, sunrise and even captured a deer gracing the slopes. Dustin takes pride in his work which he not only performs professionally but also mindfully. Thank you, Dustin, and if the opportunity arises, I would love to work with you again!

He was absolutely incredible. He helped us through a long, drawn out process, and showed up over and over and over again without a single complaint. He offered timely and prudent advice in more than a few tricky situations. He is always quick with an encouraging word and was a real problem solver. He truly cares about his clients as people and wants the best for them. I can't recommend him enough!

From start to finish, Dustin was amazing! I contacted him when I was wanting to sell my first home, (my mom used him when she sold her house and bought a new house last year - she still raves about him). I didn't really know anything about the process but Dustin was extremely patient with all my questions and handled anything and everything that came up. I even had offers before my house officially went on the market! He was absolutely amazing, I recommend him to everyone!

My daughter contacted Dustin when she was looking to buy her first home. He was there every step of the way and always had her best interest in mind. He worked closely with the lender and the title company to ensure a smooth transaction.

We recently had the privilege of working with Dustin a second time. My daughter decided to sell 1 1/2 years later. We knew that his professional, yet passionate way would help her to get top dollar. We were not dissappointed.

We have bought and sold numerous home over the years and he, by far, is the best agent we have worked with. He goes above and beyond for his clients.

He trimmed and edged the front before he took pictures and continued throughout the house, taking pictures as though on a virtual tour, clearly showing the flow of the house. He would straighten pictures and look for best angles to capture the house's true character. Putting up the For Sale sign, he made certain it was perfectly straight. Detail oriented!

The house was shown on a Friday, open house for 1 1/2 hours on Saturday and Sunday. Sunday evening she was reviewing 10 offers. She was able to accept an offer that was $22k over the highest priced condo ever sold in that neighborhood.

If you need help finding a new home or need his expertize in selling your home, this is your guy!

Dustin, we couldn't have asked for a better realtor! You were there every step of the way, and made the process manageable.

He gives great information, is personable, and a joy to work with. Towards the end of the home buying process there were issues between the sellers and bank, Dustin fought for us and really went above and beyond. No doubt we likely wouldn't have this house we love without Dustin's assistance and persistence. I know who I'm going to call next time we're looking at properties!

When we first met Dustin, he told us what he felt our land was worth. We like the number, but more importantly, he genuinely believed he could sell it for at or near that number and he did! He was very thorough, very professional and very responsive at every turn!

Dustin was an amazing realtor who helped us find a house when the market was not in our favor. My husband and I were first time home buyers with a lot of questions and Dustin was quick to answer as well as a great teacher. He made himself available to us many times and was very kind and professional throughout our whole home buying process. Dustin and Ferndale Realty are the definition of going above and beyond in real estate. My wife and I were out of town for a few months but saw a home we really liked online. Dustin scheduled a virtual showing the same day, took us on a tour through FaceTime and got us all the info we needed to help us know this is the house we wanted. Of course there were MANY offers on the house within 1 day, but they gave us the ideas and guidance needed to have our offer be the most attractive and get it accepted, even when there were other offers higher than ours! It was a crazy seller's market when I was trying to buy a house. Literally every house would have multiple offers within 24 hours of being put up for sale.

Dustin was really great at ensuring that I got a 1st day viewing on any house I liked and would notify me of any houses coming-up that matched my criteria. the place I eventually got, Dustin was able to beat a counter-offer that was 10k more than what I put down. Really happy with what Dustin was able to give me, and it was exactly what I needed to get a place in this environment.
