You have the dream…I have the magic to make it happen. My name is Dwight Johnson and I am a FULL TIME REALTOR® which is a very important role to me. I prospect daily, looking for buyers and sellers which means my transactions usually close faster than the industry averages. I was first licensed as a Texas Realtor in 1992 shortly out of college before starting a lengthy career in property claims. I started real estate investing in 2007 acquiring multiple single-family properties, which I personally managed for several years. In 2016, I reinstated my license and began helping friends with real estate transactions part-time while still handling claims. The knowledge gained in claims adjusting business gives me a slight edge in evaluating the property and for having a really good idea of what the cost are for getting properties restored or updated.

Outside of work, I am the proud parent to a young adult daughter and a son, who is a rising senior at Strake Jesuit College Preparatory. As a family committed to community service, you will find me extremely active in the graduate chapter of my fraternity, Alpha Phi Alpha, Inc. You can also catch me trotting the globe on runcations, as marathons become my new pastime.

I recently decided to become a full-time Realtor. I am partnered with Keller Williams Houston Preferred and I office out of Pearland. Keller Williams has outstanding training and support which always keeps me up to date on the ever evolving TREC changes. In many cases before they even become effective. Keller Williams also spends millions of dollars annually on technology to make sure I have the latest tools and and systems necessary to provide the best possible service to my clients. What does that mean to you? That means I am fully aware of all the industry changes, my contracts are thorough and compliant and I am capable of representing you when making one of the biggest transactions of your life.

I understand the importance of education. I earned my Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) which is a 90-hour course in my second year of being in the business. This designation is only held by a small percentage of Realtors. I have also completed an eight-week business objective course. I am in classes almost on a weekly basis with the intent of staying on top of this rapidly changing industry.

I am work extremely hard on my business daily to provide exceptional customer service which is reflected in my client experience rating. I genuinely care about my clients and my sole focus is make sure they reach their real estate goals.
