Mr. Herrick serves as a Senior Associate for Cassidy Turley BT Commercial specializing in the leasing and sale of office properties throughout the greater Sacramento region. With over 9 years of experience, Herrick has completed numerous transactions with a total value consideration exceeding $130 Million.

Prior to joining Cassidy Turley, Herrick served as a Senior Associate and Associate Director of the National Multi Housing Group for Marcus & Millichap in San Francisco, California.

Herrick earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from University of the Pacific in Stockton, California. While there he was a member of the Division I Intercollegiate Men's Volleyball Team which was consistently ranked among the top 15 in the country. Herrick is also pursuing a master's degree in Urban Land Development from California State University, Sacramento. He currently resides in Sacramento, California.
