A friend highly recommended Dympna Fay-Hart when we put my deceased father's house up for sale and I couldn't agree more. She was easy to work with and knows the market well having been an agent for a long time. Once the house was cleaned up after the estate sale, it was under contract within a week. She was transparent during the whole process and went the extra mile; for example, by arranging lawn care and cleanup of a dead limb that had fallen. You will not be disappointed with Dympna as your realtor.
