They traveled to the city and found the perfect home for two military veteran first time homebuyers. They went out of their way to help make sure everything was perfect. Danny Ramos and Grayson Anderson were the house agents that worked with me to sell my home. They were very helpful and I felt that I was working with good friends. I had some challenges in selling my home and they were right there helping me. I felt they understood me and what I needed from a house agent. Any questions or concerns the were right there for me. Danny even gave me home made tamales for X-Mass!

They were able to answer any questions I had. They helped me with the solar panel issues and made sure the whole transaction went smoothly.

I would highly recomend to anyone to use the both of them when you are looking to sell and buy a new home.

Dwell was our partner for the sale of my parent’s home. It was an undertaking given that the property needed a lot of work. They gave us incredible advice on how to make the process easier for us. We were navigating so much given the passing of a parent. They were our agent and they also brought in the buyer, which was great! I’ve used Emily as my Real Estate agent on 2 transactions in the last 3 years. The team at Dwell has proven to be the most effective and experienced real estate advisors in the Sacramento area. I have been both the seller and the buyer during this time. My first transaction was a 25 day escrow and the second was a 15 day escrow. That requires an exceptional amount of attention to detail, expertise and execution. Beyond that, Emily went above and beyond to make the experience as easy as possible and took the time to understand my needs and ensured I had the best outcome. Ed and Dwell Real Estate were recommended to me, along with a few other realtors in the area, but I was cautious to sign with any agent for selling my property because of my unanticipated experience with my first realtor; long story short, my needs/wants weren't being listened to and/or fulfilled, and I was taking on more costs and more responsibility with the process than I had initially expected. Bottom line, I felt alone in the process when I was expecting professional guidance and support instead. Compared to the other realtors I met with, Ed heard me loud and clear on what I needed and gave me the team like support I was hoping to receive throughout this entire process. He earned my business every step of the way and made everything as easy as possible for me, assuring me that him and his team would manage the heavy lifting. He provided extremely detailed analysis on the market, which the other realtors didn't possess, and was able to level set the reality of my situation not just with understanding the true value of my property but also with recommending that I acquire a home inspection in advance so that all repairs, etc. required in the transfer of sale were revealed to potential buyers in advance for an as is sale. After signing with Ed, within one week, the house was inspected, photographed, virtually staged, listed with two open houses and sold with two offers. And Ed went the extra mile to vet the buyer and stayed in constant contact with me throughout closing and escrow. I am honestly not fully capturing the list of every service that Ed has provided, and even more so because I was in another city throughout the entire process. Bottom line, I highly recommend him for your realtor needs as you will sign confidently knowing that you have hired an agent that understands the market and understands how to provide above and beyond customer service.

Their loyal tenacious and care for your specific needs came through right away when we first introduced ourselves at an open house. We knew right away they would be the best ones to have in our corner. From there, they listened to us and our wishes first, gave wise guidance when needed, and deeply understood each step of the process - all to our advantage. Coming from someone who is a first-time home buyer, and moving to a market that I am not all-too-familiar with - they made me feel like I was playing as much to an advantage as I could get. It's been a pleasure to work with Ed and Grayson since the first day we started our home search till we moved into our new house 2 days ago. It seems that stellar service is the exception not the rule these days....and Ed Gatejen and his team at Dwell are certainly the exception. Our home needed extensive work and Dwell's Conceriege service helped us get it all done with ease and by top-notch contractors. We ended up with turn key, high end quality that sparkled.

We had dry root and termites and other issues that required repairs and robust pest control work. On top of that, we had a full kitchen renovation that took our dark 70's kitchen and tranformed it into a bright and fresh chef's delight the whole family can fit in. Stunning work (see before and after pictures.)

These were enormous projects and we were treated like family and with great care the whole way through. Truly impressive. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would.

We trust Ed with all our real estate needs and wouldn't dream of using anyone other than his Dwell Real Estate team. They truly have it all covered, so you can relax and breath easy.

I really cannot say enough positive things about Ed - I went through an extremely difficult process with my housing search and Ed was there for me every step of the way. He is exceedingly knowledgeable when it comes to all aspects of home construction, which has been invaluable given I know nothing of these things! He helped me avert purchasing a house that turned out to have major problems, putting my needs first and at the expense of his own time and energy. Not only that, but I was prepared to massively overbid on a house I wanted and he advised me not to, yet I still got the house, $25,000 under the highest offer. I am not an easy client and Ed has gone above and beyond to get me the house of my dreams.
