In addition to serving in the Marines and the Air National Guard, Ed was a police officer for 26 years. He received multiple commendations, including the Medal of Valor, rising through the ranks to become the Night Commander for the last decade of his career.
He is also an ordained minister with a Master of Divinity, so he cannot only sell houses, he can bless and exorcize them as well. (The second part was a joke, but he is indeed ordained.)
He retired to Florida, renting in the Orlando/Kissimmee area while searching for a permanent home. He settled in Auburndale, Polk County, for two years, but moved to Venetian Bay in New Smyrna Beach in 2022, so he knows Central Florida really well. He understands your perspective as a seller, a buyer, and someone relocating thousands of miles from home.
His unique prior experience gives him special skills in researching markets, conducting negotiations, and understanding law that other Realtors don’t share. He is certified by the National Association of Expert Advisers for both the Selling and Buying of your home and Steller MLS as a 2022 Super Agent.
