The structure is a very rustic 800 square foot cabin built in 1909. The only utility it has is electricity. There is no water to the property. A well would need to be drilled to have water. Heat is generated by a fireplace insert and an original antique wood stove in the "kitchen" that was used for cooking. The heat system for most properties in the area are powered by propane or electricity.
