Admittedly, I am a difficult buyer with high expectations. Eddie was instrumental in helping our family move to San Diego, CA, finding us our forever primary home. Originally, I stubbornly told Eddie that I would not want to go above "x" amount. Eddie put everything on the table, not listening to me and asking me to "hear him out". Little did I know, him not listening would result in us finding our forever home. It took a lot of guts and bravery to do that. Eddie also has a long history of serving San Diego clients and knows the city better than many natives; Eddie was willing to drive me to every corner of SD County until we narrowed it down to the neighborhood I wanted to be in. During our transition/search (we were moving from the Bay Area), Eddie went the extra mile, video-recording homes/neighborhoods, airport pick-ups and drop offs, etc. Thank you for listening to your God-given instincts and finding us the home we plan on being at for many years to come. For that, Eddie gets 5-stars on this purchase.

Eddie assisted us in purchasing our first home. It was our first time and we were pretty nervous about it. The process was long but Eddie hung in there with us like a trooper. Plus we didn’t want someone to pressure us into putting in an offer just for the sake of purchasing instead Eddie was supportive. He patiently guided us through the process and we appreciate him!

Eddie was wonderful to work with. Before we even looked at houses he sat down with us to better understand our families needs. He was attentive and listened. When we started looking at homes he had lots planned out for us to look at. When we were ready to make an offer he answered all our questions and provided wise guidance. We were first time home buyers and Eddie did a great job of talking us through the process and answering all of our questions. We were looking for a SFH while the market was crazy, but having Eddie on our side made it less daunting. Eddie was really responsive to our texts and was able to sign us up for house showings (showings were appointment only due to Covid) as soon as the listings went up. Eddie helped make our offers competative and after two months of touring and submitting offers, we finally got an offer accepted. We had a quick turnaround time on escrow, and Eddie helped us make sure we got all of our ducks in a row to make closing happen on time.
