Edenn Jablonski

Edenn Jablonski, an associate broker with Coldwell Banker and Realtor since 2003, consistently ranks among the top agents in Ada County for closed sales production. Edenn has been honored as a Lifetime Circle of Excellence and Honor Society member with the Boise Regional Realtors and was named as one of the top ten agents in Idaho for client satisfaction by the American Institute of Real Estate Professionals. She specializes in residential resale, new construction, and condominium sales. Edenn also has extensive experience with corporate relocation, short sales and REO (foreclosure) business. Edenn holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, the highest credential awarded to residential real estate sales agents, managers, and brokers. In addition, she carries the e-PRO® certification, the most up-to-date real estate technology training certification for realtors. Edenn graduated magna cum laude from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She holds a Bachelor of Journalism degree from Missouri’s Honors College, where she majored in advertising and minored in East Asian studies. After college, Edenn spent two years teaching English in Japan before returning to her native Idaho. She currently serves as a board member for Friends of Zoo Boise, Boise Southwest Rotary and the Borah Neighborhood Association; is actively involved in the Boise Valley Kappa Kappa Gamma Alumnae Association and is the current advisory board chairwoman of Zeta Pi chapter; is a graduate of the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce Leadership Boise program and serves on the Leadership Boise Alumni Association advisory committee. Edenn is also a past Idaho Business Review Accomplished Under 40 honorees. When she is not busy selling real estate, Edenn enjoys spending time with her three dogs and traveling to far off destinations with her husband, Jared.
