Edie DuBose Schaller

Edie's real estate experience spans 20 years. Her retail, office, warehouse and land commercial brokerage work has included both seller/landlord representation as well as buyer/tenant. While her focus is on retail, her relationships include local and national developers, Federal (GSA), State and Local government tenants (including hospital groups such as MUSC and Trident Medical), as well as engineers, architects, contractors, attorneys, business consultants, accountants and municipal entities.

Prior to Adams & Wilson Development, Edie was a partner at commercial brokerage firm Meyer Kapp & Associates in Charleston. She was awarded the 2012 Power Broker Award by CoStar for Office Leasing. She is a former board director for the Commercial Investment Division of the Charleston Trident Assn of Realtors (2011-2013), a founding member of Charleston's CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) and a member of and volunteer with various local nonprofits.
