About Eileen
Before launching a career in real estate in 2012, Eileen Angelo spent over a decade on Wall Street, both in New York and San Francisco, eventually running the West Coast business for an energy and materials-focused investment bank. Working with investors at some of the country’s largest and most prestigious mutual funds and hedge funds allowed Eileen to hone her skills in sales and marketing while identifying the very specific needs of a diverse clientele. Her honesty, transparency, and savvy in identifying the best ideas and opportunities ensured her success in the financial sector and are the foundation of her approach in real estate.
A graduate of Denison University with a B.A. in communications, Eileen grew up in Summit, New Jersey, where her mother was a successful realtor. Eileen has cultivated intimate knowledge of New York City’s neighborhoods and buildings as a longtime resident of the Upper East Side. She volunteers with The Carnegie Hill Neighbors, enjoys playing squash and backgammon at her midtown social club, and is a regular at The New York Historical Society, her favorite museum.
Eileen originally came to Sotheby’s International Realty to work alongside Serena Boardman, the highest-producing independent sales associate in the firm, and has now built a thriving business of her own. Prior, she worked alongside top-performing brokers at both Brown Harris Stevens and Stribling. In addition to high-profile sales on Fifth Avenue, Central Park West, the Upper East Side, and downtown, her business extended to sales and marketing of prestigious new development projects throughout the city and numerous homes in the Hamptons.
