To say thank you to Eileen would be an understatement. She is a dedicated, respectful, and amazing realtor and truly takes pride in what she does. My husband, our young son and I are new to the area and came here knowing we wanted to buy a home. We didn’t have a huge wish list, but it still seemed difficult to find in todays market. Eileen Elmer is a true professional. Once I decided it was time to sell my house I reached out to Eileen who promptly came to sit down with me and answer all my question. This was a very difficult decision for me to make, one that I fraught with for over 4 years. Eileen truly listened to my concerns and wishes.
Throughout the process Eileen was extremely responsive and full of excellent advice.
Once the house was listed we had 6 offers in less than 24 hours was under contract within 3 days.

For my first home buying experience Eileen could not have been a better choice! With dealing with COVID, Upstate NY and Military, my situation was a bit difficult to navigate but Eileen was patient, understanding and went above and beyond to make sure absolutely everything was taken care of to include titles, inspections and any repairs including things that needed to be taken care of after closing! Eileen got me into the perfect house for me without me being in the state until closing day! I would recommend Eileen to anyone and everyone at any home buying experience level!
