Eileen Kitko is nothing short of a super human. She is by far the most detail oriented, organized, and reliable woman I know. She is kind hearted, but can be tough when she needs to be. She always has her clients best interest at heart and makes you feel like you are the only one she is working with by giving you her full attention, being genuine, and transparent. Eileen is extremely knowledgeable in the real estate market and everything as it relates to buying and selling a home. Her network is extensive, which is invaluable when it comes to needing referrals or expertise for any home inspections, repairs, contract work, professional opinions, loans, and more!
She has helped us with buying two homes and selling our first home. Our most recent home purchase was a new build that we went under contract on in February 2022. After we went under contract the interest rates began to climb and an unprecedented rate. This was beyond stressful, but Eileen was able to guide us through the entire process. She was able to put us into contact with a lender who let us lock in at a great rate and for an extended lock period. While out of scope for a realtor to be involved with the lending process, Eileen was with us every step of the way. If it were not for her, we likely would have had to back out of our new build. At the same time as all this was happening, she was able to list and sell our current home. She made this process easier than I could imagine by reviewing all offers, presenting her findings, and providing all information necessary for us to select the best offer.
I cannot adequately put into words how great Eileen is to work with and highly recommend her to anyone with real estate needs!

What a blessing to have worked with Eileen! Despite the crazy real estate market, Eileen performed her magic and made the sale happen. Her expertise, integrity and authenticity were always visible as were her excellent communication skills. She stayed on top of every deadline and was always available for questions. I highly recommend Eileen for your real estate needs!

I can't speak highly enough of Eileen. I don't want to bore anyone with our details, but our home-selling and buying experience was one for the ages. Eileen is a consummate professional and never wavered throughout the entire process. She listened to exactly what my wife wanted and exactly what I wanted. Obviously, these were two different “want” lists. Eileen was able to give insight into the market and why we should buy certain places and why we shouldn’t. She listened to what we wanted and took it to heart. It was clear that she was as emotionally invested as we were. I have given Eileen’s number to all of my friends that are looking to buy, because I would never use anyone else! We almost weren’t able to sell our home, because our buyer had too much fun the night before and got thrown in jail. Eileen, the bulldog that she is, drove from Littleton to Clear Creek County Jail in Georgetown, CO to get him to sign the closing documents. How many people can say their real estate agents did that for their family!? Hands down, Eileen is the best agent around. She wanted what was best for my family and made sure that everything was handled. If it weren’t for Eileen, we wouldn’t be in the house we are today. TWO THUMBS UP, 100% recommend, 10 cheers, and any other saying you can think of for Eileen. THE ABSOLUTE BEST!

Honest, ethical, thorough, relentless, negotiation specialist and true expert are just a few of the words that come to my mind when I think of Eileen Kitko. There is no one else in the Denver Metro area that represents buyers and sellers in a Real Estate transaction better than Eileen. Having worked with Eileen several times, I know that she truly goes the extra mile and she would probably even do this for free as she really loves what she does. I've worked with real estate professionals on numerous transactions over the past 30 years and Eileen was, hands down, an amazing agent. Her market analysis proved impeccable. She was able to prod me, without my feeling pressured, to prepare the property appropriately to maximize offers; indeed, she showed up with a drill and spackling compound and helped. Eileen is a rare fine for realtors in the Denver and surrounding areas. Her attention to detail and going the extra step is unsurpassed for her industry. Eileen was the best we ever could have imagined. She not only helped us sell our house but also worked to find us an undeveloped piece of land that we will build on. She was extremely patient with us as we changed our minds frequently yet she kept us focus and helped us to determine what we ultimately wanted. When it came to selling our home, she was top notch. She helped us through every single step of the process and guided us with her expert knowledge. The results speak for themselves, we sold our house within a single weekend and received so many offers that we stopped accepting them.
