Eileen is a second-generation Realtor. Coming from the experienced "O'Grady Realty" real estate family, Eileen has been around the real estate industry her whole life. Her mom, dad and sister all have extensive real estate experience. Since 1996, Eileen has worked as a full-time Realtor and for 9 of those years, she also took the job of managing broker of the O'Grady family-owned company. Previous to receiving her real estate license, Eileen was the office manager in the office for 4 years.
Eileen’s experience has been built on years of hard work and training. "It is important to make buying or selling as easy and pleasant to the client as possible, whether it is the first time or tenth it is still a big step". Her clients find her to be helpful, honest hardworking, yet fun to be around. Eileen is well-informed on most sectors of the real estate market. She specializes in new construction, vacant land, development, residential condominiums, and single-family homes. Many Realtors begin their careers in other professions. Eileen has had only one workplace since high school. Real Estate has been her passion since handing out listing sheets at her mom's open houses when she was five years old! She's a Real Estate lifer!
