Elaine Brabham

Elaine Brabham and Associates Real Estate opened for business in November 2007 at 1850 Sam Rittenberg Blvd., in the Atlanta Bread Shopping Center. Elaine Ortner Brabham is the owner and broker-in-charge with a growing sales force.
Elaine is a native of Charleston and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the College of Charleston. Elaine launched her Real Estate career in sales in 1989 becoming a Top Producer and later became Co-owner of a successful Real Estate firm in Charleston for nine years. She subsequently opened up Elaine Brabham and Associates Real Estate. Elaine is a Graduate, Realtor Institute, and has earned the designations of Certified Residential Specialist and Accredited Buyer’s Representative.
Elaine is a Realtor of Distinction and a life member of the Million Dollar Club and the Round Table. She has served as Chairman of various committees of the Charleston Association of Realtors. She helped organize The Charleston Top Producers Club, a realtor club formed to network, share information among membership, to provide community service as well as to promote professionalism in the real estate industry, and was its first President and has served several terms. Elaine volunteers with various charities, including Habitat for Humanity, and supports Crisis Ministries, The Ronald McDonald House, LowCountry Food Bank, American Red Cross & Charleton Trident Association of Realtors Housing Opportunities Fund. She is a member of the Brith Sholom Beth Israel Congregation and has served as Vice President on the Board of Trustees. In one of her volunteer projects, she put a new roof on a home.
