If you are looking for a real estate agent to either sell your current house or buy a new one, you HAVE to use Elaine!! My husband and I met her as we were just starting our home search process and she took us out to coffee and walked us through an entire packet she made for us, knowing we were first-time homebuyers. The entire time she didn't pressure us once to make her our real estate agent but kept saying she just wanted to be a resource for us in any way. During the actual search process, Elaine was incredibly responsive, which you want in a real estate agent! I knew if I texted her, she would get back to me within the hour, but it was usually less than 30 minutes. Once we found our house, Elaine stayed on the phone with us until midnight that night to ensure we got our offer in on the same day. When she called to tell me we were under contract, she had already called multiple home inspectors, lawyers, and plumbers and ensured they were all available, which took all of the legwork off of us. Being a first-time homebuyer, the entire process can be daunting, but Elaine helped us every step of the way and made it seamless. She had recommendations for every need (and even anticipated needs we had before we knew we had them) and is an all-around joy to work with. The next time, we have any housing needs, we will only be using Elaine!!

We just sold our home in Beverly and had the pleasure of working with Elaine. She made what could have been a stressful and difficult process as seamless as could be with her positive attitude and calming manner. She really cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to make things happen. She was responsive to questions and immediately helped problem solve all the issues that came up - a night and day difference from my past experiences with realtors. I highly recommend!!

Elaine helped me find my first apartment in Chicago. I was moving from out of state and knew nothing about the Chicago apartment landscape. Elaine talked to me on the phone for an hour getting to know me and learning about my top priorities so she could help me find the perfect place that met all of my needs. Elaine put together a list of apartments that she thought might be good fits, checked in with me regularly and took me on virtual tours of several of them a few days before I planned to visit places in-person. Over two days, she showed me 15 apartments and helped me land on the best one for me (which happened to be one of the first places that she showed me on the virtual tours). She helped me get everything set up (electric, internet, move-in time, etc) so my move-in process was a breeze. Elaine was far more than a leasing agent for me -- she was the difference between me finding a great place to live in a new city versus going into a new place blindfolded with no idea what to do. I can't recommend Elaine enough -- if you want to work with an enthusiastic, positive, knowledgeable, competent agent, you won't find anybody better than Elaine.
