Elana Zinoman

Specializing in downtown townhouse sales alongside Christopher Riccio, Elana has facilitated over $170 million of real estate transactions since joining the real estate industry in 2017. Her passion for architecture, history and deep knowledge of the product sets them apart as true experts of downtown townhouses. Born in raised in Upstate New York, Elana attended The State University of New York at Oneonta where she graduated with a B.A. in Business Economics. Tapping into her past experience in marketing and sales, Elana uses the skill she has honed throughout her previous careers to streamline the sales process for her clients.

Elana currently resides in The Flatiron District and enjoys spending her free time with family and friends while exploring all that the city has to offer.
