We met Elena in Spring of 2022 to start our home search in Florida. We weren't 100% sure of what exact area we wanted to settle in, also whether we wanted existing or new construction? Her willingness to travel to various areas with us was amazing. She knew the market, had great advice and worked tirelessly for us. She quickly understood our preferences and after multiple viewings, we went with new construction and have just moved into our home! We have recommended her to our friends and family also wanting to make a move. She was comfortable to work with and made our experience very smooth.

Elena is not just a realtor, but a true enthusiast and real estate professional! Thank you for the quality work, creative approach to business and responsibility shown in the process of buying a house. She found us a brand new home, and our mortgage payment is almost what we paid for 1 br apartment rental in South FL. We now fully enjoy a 3 br single family home with office space for almost the same monthly payment. Elena connected us with a reputable loan officer, who tailored a non-traditional financing program for us, and it was overall a smooth buying process in the red hot Central FL market. Her attention to detail when it comes to getting the home set up, to creating full information pamplets on the home for potential buyers, and all the way to the end when we are deciding on the finalization & closing of the house.
