Having worked directly alongside the previous President of the Beverly Hills and Greater Los Angeles Real Estate Association and owner-broker, Aaron Leider, Elham gained a wealth of industry insight that has influenced her business today.
Born in Iran, Elham moved to Los Angeles at the age of ten, later pursuing her love of the arts in college. Married to a luxury homes developer, she brings direct experience in development, design, and residential sales. Recognized for her innovative and creative approach to real estate, Elham embraces authenticity and unmatched professionalism in her work, always looking to represent her clients’ best interests. She strives to create peace of mind for her clients throughout the process, providing trusted guidance at every touchpoint and developing meaningful relationships with her clients.
When she’s not serving her clients, Elham delves into her passions of architecture, design, vegan holistic food, and health. She enjoys exploring her Los Angeles community with her husband and two children.
