I decided to become a Real Estate Agent because, after more than 2 decades in the customer service industry, I realized I was tired of being called a customer service agent when I wasn't truly able to HELP my customers. I have always been interested in real estate so I figured, why not...it's perfect! To me, there is no better way to actually help someone than to help them through the process of buying their first home, selling their first home so they can upsize, downsizing, relocating, whatever the case may be.
