Living in Austin, an ever changing city, has provided me with an appreciation for honest and sincere relationships. I am a wife and mother of 2, who can relate to the diverse wants and needs of today’s families. Being bilingual has allowed me the opportunity to help more families. I worked in the new home building industry for over 10 years and have valuable knowledge of the real estate purchase transaction for new homes. This experience helps me guide clients through a smooth and informed transaction from start to finish. While working with the new home builder, I also gained construction material knowledge, which proves to be extremely beneficial when building or helping buyers to find the property that best suits their needs I am very experienced with working with all loan types, including VA, USDA, FHA and Conventional. Every person is important to me and I do my best to understand each client's individual needs and wants.
