Elizabeth Confalone

Lizzy was born and raised in Massachusetts and graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelor's of Arts in Communications and a minor in Political Science. An East Coast girl at heart, her love for the ocean is only surpassed by her sense of adventure, which found her packing up her car and moving out to Colorado in 2012. After renting in Denver's Uptown neighborhood for two years, Lizzy decided to jump into Colorado's real estate market and purchased her first condo in Capitol Hill in 2014. Lizzy has fallen in love with all Colorado has to offer and couldn't imagine calling anywhere else home.

After a successful career of five years in luxury retail as a sales manager at Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus, Lizzy decided to pursue a lifelong dream of working in real estate in 2016. Her time spent in luxury retail enables her to offer concierge-level service to all of her clients buying and selling property. She is passionate about building relationships and finding the win for all parties in the transaction. Lizzy has helped first-time homebuyers, investors buying their first income property and baby boomers looking to downsize. No matter what your real estate goals are, Lizzy is ready to offer her expertise.

In her free time she enjoys outdoor adventures with her rescue dog, Daisy, skiing the Rocky Mountains with her Epic Local pass and trying out local breweries - especially those with a patio to enjoy Colorado's 300 days of sunshine.
