Her career experience makes Liz well suited for today’s competitive real estate market. Trained as an attorney, and formerly in-house counsel for a number of Bay Area companies, Liz is tenacious, hardworking, and has a well-honed appreciation for the difficulties of negotiating for her clients -- her sense of humor and ability to have a good relationship with all kinds certainly helps. Liz gets sellers the highest possible price for their homes. With a keen designer’s eye (she is a Certified Home Stager), she can recommend upgrades and tidying that will reap a higher sales price without needless spending. She will help them determine a realistic sales price and market the home through her vast network of realtor® and non-realtor contacts. Buyers know that Liz will find them their dream home. She gets to know all her clients on a personal level-long before the home search begins. She learns what their “dream home” would feel like-and then goes out and finds it. Liz negotiates for them-often getting the deal done when theirs is not the highest offer. While Liz is a bulldog for her clients, she also understands that buying or selling a home can be an emotional and stressful experience. It is personal and she has been there. Liz has been a first-time homeowner, sold a home in a market downturn, been relocated, renovated a turn-of-the century Edwardian and dealt with architects, inspectors and vendors of all types. Liz is a longtime supporter of PAWS and lives on Potrero Hill with her husband and rescue pup, Sassy.
