Bought a remodeled home from Elizabeth and Mark Lazo. One year after the purchase, we found some issues that we hadn't noticed at the time of purchase. Elizabeth and Mark made us whole on the costs to repair and remediate the issue at significant cost to themselves. It always is best to go business with responsible and honest folks.
