On Dec 1st I found out that my landlords were selling the house I lived in for 12 years and we had two months to leave. Of course it being the holidays I was totally unprepared and stressed out to the max over this.
I met several real estate agents who could care less that I needed to find a place immediately and I was beginning to lose hope that we would ever find a decent place to live.
I met Elizabeth at an apartment showing I found on Zillow. Instantly I knew she was different from the others. She was very knowledgeable about the apartment and sympathetic to our situation. Even though I didn't get the apartment, Elizabeth promised she would send me some listings after the holiday. I was beginning to lose hope but after Jan 3rd she sent me a listing AND, took me to see a beautiful apartment in Garfield that same day. Everyday since she was on top of calls, texts telling us exactly what we needed to do try and get approved for this place. No matter what time of the day it was. With her help we are finally moving into the very place she showed us. If you need a real agent who is an absolute Shark when it comes to business, this is the one for you. She made a very stressful situation much easier for me and my family. I am so glad I met her and I plan to use her again once we decide to buy a house of our own. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. !!!!!!!
