Elle Dice

Elle is a Colorado native and grew up in Breckenridge. She is passionate about healthy eating, nutrition and spends her free time working out, trail running, hiking, and visiting her family. Elle has discovered her passion and developed her skills in Real Estate from her childhood watching her father who is a Realtor of 45 years in Breckenridge, Colorado. She now personally invests in Real Estate, manages her own rentals, and has helped educate many clients about the power of ownership. Ambitious and reliable, Elle’s goal in real estate is to make every client feel valued, heard, and advocated for. In her first 6 months at Colorado Home Realty, she was awarded rookie of the year and is quickly becoming a top performing agent at the brokerage.


Naturally friendly, outgoing, and approachable, Elle loves people and strives to be a source of positivity and encouragement in all her relationships. She is the type of person others go to for sound advice on how to stay positive, be healthy, and develop better habits. Elle aspires to be a person who truly serves people and is excellent in all that she does—through learning every day, being open to new perspectives, and striving to be a better version of herself.


After college, Elle traveled solo in Europe, lived in New Zealand, and discovered her love of traveling. She considers traveling alone one of the best experiences she has had as it taught her a lot about herself and her ability to face challenging and uncertain situations and make the most of them. Elle’s dream vacation is to visit the Dolomites in Italy and take a hiking trip to local towns in the area. Locally, her favorite restaurant is Barcelona, and her favorite sports team is the Colorado Avalanche.


Reading the book “The Miracle Morning” by Hal Elrod helped her implement routines to start each day with intention. Every morning for the last 2 years Elle has started her days with reading, prayer, journaling, or exercise and has found life much more meaningful and purposeful. She is fully committed to loving people well and putting in the hard work it takes to build a life she loves.


Elle appreciates that buying and selling a property is a major financial decision and can be complicated and emotional. Her advice to clients is to remember that the right home will come when it’s meant to, and that you need to have people on your team that will advocate for you, guide you, and be available to support you every step of the way. Working with a real estate agent is like being in a relationship, you must choose wisely! Elle is a problem solver who will be there through thick and thin, get answers to your questions quickly, and make the real estate transaction fun, positive and exciting.
