Ellen Meyers

Ellen Meyers began her real estate career in 1972 as a property manager and from there became involved in condominium development. For 11 years, she was employed by the leading condominium developer in Back Bay. She coordinated all aspects of condominium conversion and development, assisted with legal matters, and implemented the sale process from offer through to closing.

In 1985, Ellen refocused her career to full-time real estate brokerage, primarily in the Back Bay, Beacon Hill, South End, Waterfront, Midtown, Seaport, Newton, and Brookline. For over 35 years, she has successfully brokered transactions which include some of the finer addresses in Boston. For the past 30 years, she has been affiliated with Coldwell Banker's Back Bay office.

Ellen’s work over the years has involved selling to end users as well as developers. Knowing how best to position a property and target the appropriate audience is one of her strengths. She is known for being well-educated in the market, as well as having a thorough understanding of what drives the market and how best to capitalize on it.

Ellen’s accomplishments include membership in Coldwell Banker’s International President’s Elite as well as President’s Circle. She was also a former President of the Downtown Council of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board.
