In 1996, I meet my husband, got married and came to Houston Texas from Montenegro, the former Yugoslavia. We had three beautiful children. I was blessed to have the opportunity to be a stay at home mom. My husband is a very adventures type of person, so in 2007, we wanted to invest in real estate and build homes. During the construction of this homes, the market crashed. We all can remember as homeowners or investors how difficult of the time that was for everyone. We had two choices at that time, to sell the homes for under value or to consider leasing them. We off course the latter of the two till the market become stable again. Once it did, we sold the homes and reinvested into the real estate market and now we have more rentals then previously. Real estate is an interesting profession. There is so much you can learn and so many people you can help. In 2010, I finished the course and got the certificate for home inspector, but decided this is not something that I really wanted to do.
With the knowledge I have gained over the years, I decided to become real estate agent and do what I like to do, help people find a home that they’re going to enjoy with their family or sell their home so they can start a new life elsewhere . There is no better joy then seeing the smiles on the client’s faces when you hand them the key to their new home or present the seller with the offer.
