Emil has always had a passion for helping people. Whether it's just helping people in need or helping people achieve their dreams. The latter one prompted him to join the real estate industry in 2006, because he realized that home ownership is one of the most important dreams that we'll have. Emil's positive attitude, dedication and integrity combined with the willingness to go the extra mile has helped a large number of people to achieve their dream.
Besides listing and selling during his 19+ years in real estate industry Emil has also gained significant experience in community association management, vacation rental management. His areas of expertise include oceanfront properties, vacation rental homes, first time home-buyers,investors, foreclosures, short sales etc.
Originally from Yerevan, Armenia Emil moved to USA in 2002 at the age of 19 to chase his American Dream. Not too long after he married his wife Kima and together they established and continue to run a successful business in Ghent area of Norfolk. They have 2 children - Alex and Ella.
In his spare time Emil enjoys reading and teaching self development, writing motivational articles, exploring science, watching and playing soccer. He is a member of St. James Armenian Church in Richmond.
