Emilie Levecque

As a Maine native, raised in Cape Elizabeth, Emilie has enjoyed working as a real estate Broker with both sellers and buyers since 2013. She prides herself on being a wealth of knowledge about local areas, businesses, and connections.

Working closely with her clients through each step of their transactions throughout the past ten years has given Emilie the expertise for any type of real estate transaction. She places the greatest importance in her practice on being well-informed of the current market here in Maine. Giving back is the very foundation she was raised on.

Paying it forward in her community and building connections through those close networks is a passion of hers, which is also the root mission of Portside Real Estate Group. Growing up, she was a competitive swimmer from age 6 through college and after that, enjoyed helping coach the Cheverus High School men’s and women’s swim teams for 5 years. She currently resides in Portland, Maine, and has two wonderful children. They are avid Sunday River skiers in the winter months and enjoy visiting both Sebago Lake and Higgins Beach in the summer months.
