Previously, she managed high-impact marketing initiatives at Plantronics and led the historic transition from perpetual licenses to a subscription-based model for AutoCAD, Autodesk’s flagship product. While achieving immense success in tech, her most significant wealth creation came through intentional real estate investment and property optimization.

Alongside her lifelong friend and business partner, Meaghan Anderson—who holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Santa Clara University and applies behavioral science principles to high-stakes negotiation—Emily offers a deeply personalized, client-focused approach to luxury real estate. Meaghan also co-owns and operates two staple local businesses, The Club at Los Gatos and Parkside Restaurant, granting the team an unparalleled network of local connections and hyper-local insight.
