Hi, I'm Emily Burch. My passion for real estate and construction has taken me from drafting and estimating in residential construction to buying land in eastern Colorado, building a home and farm, and ultimately becoming a Realtor—and soon, a real estate investor. I’ve had the privilege of helping clients through all kinds of transitions, and while I could go on about where my heart is, I’ll keep it short and sweet for anyone reading this!

I’ve been an agent since 2021, and now that my daughter, Trinity, has joined me (she’s a fantastic home stager, marketer, and bookkeeper!), we’ve built an incredible team. We work with the best Transaction Coordinator, Rachel (also a licensed agent, and the reason everything stays on track!), and a network of trusted referral partners—contractors, cleaners, inspectors, insurance brokers, and more. Having the right people in place allows me to focus on what I do best: guiding clients through the real estate process with expertise and care.

Walking with others through change is truly my passion—whether it’s an exciting, planned transition or one of life’s unexpected curveballs.
